Balibir, 17 from St Mary’s Southampton
Balibir left school with no solid plans for her future. After trying various placements and failing to find permanent work, she was introduced to City Horizons.
As well as gaining maths, English and communications qualifications, she is now involved in a work placement at Accolade Nursery.
Balibir’s work experience has recently been extended after she received positive feedback from staff.
