Where Might You Be Working?
You could be working within the IT department of any sort of company or organisation.
What Sort of Work Might You Be Doing?
You will probably be employed as an IT Technician and you could be installing hardware and software, supporting users, helping to maintain the organisation’s network, intranet or website. You may be required to be proficient in the use of particular software programmes.
