City & Guilds 2377-12: Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment
A theoretical and practical experience in the implementation of a formal inspection and testing regime for electrical equipment (portable appliances).
Who is this course suitable for?
Electrical and non-electrical personnel with a responsibility for the safe use of Electrical equipment (portable appliances).
Outcomes and benefits:

- Combined inspection and testing
- The use of instruments and recording data
This does not qualify you to repair equipment
This is not a substitute for C&G 2330 and is for restricted usage
Examination:
A one hour multiple choice online exam (open book)

- Candidates must be familiar with electrical systems and hazards of
Electricity
C&G 2377-11 Management of Electrical Equipment Maintenance
- Or The Level 3 Electrotechnical NVQ
